Shipping policy

DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. Once an item is shipped with USPS, Pineapple Creations, LLC is no longer responsible for the product.  Please plan for possible delays in shipping and receiving times. Unfortunately a product may be lost in transit. Orders do not come with insurance and do not require a signature upon arrival. 

Products will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Masks are mailed in a sealed bag. All products are put in a bubble mailer for shipping.
